How do we get started?
What you need is Teamviewer and discord on your phone as well, nothing else.Run every windows update before hand! We will set a time and date for the appointment. FPSHEAVEN uses EET (ATHENS) timezone.
Do i have to format / reinstall Windows for my order?
Not necessarily, but it’s better to work on a fresh copy of windows. a fresh windows install will drive better results and improved performance. If you need help with installing the OS, we charge a 15eu fee and will guide you through the installation process. An 8GB or Larger USB Stick would be helpful but not required
Is my hardware worthy enough of a FPSHEAVEN product? WARZONE PLAYERS READ.
This is a really important question. Windows and Hardware work together in order to give you performance. Our windows optimization is 100% GUARANTEED to improve latency and decrease frametimes. BUT, windows optimization will not get you a significant amount of extra FPS if your hardware is dated or not powerfull enough. For example, CPUs (and their K,X counterparts) like 2700x, 3800X, 3900X or NON K i3s, i5s, Pentiums, Dual cores, i7s and i9s are not expected to perform much better FPS wise after an optimization due to their speed limitations.”Gaming” laptops follow the same path. We can work on the latest ones with good specs, but as always, the results are not going to be as good as those on a desktop due to harware limitations. Please, write down your specs on the info bar or message us before buying, just to be sure.
COD Warzone needs power to run. This game needs good hardware to properly give you FPS. If your PC has one of these CPUs mentioned above, an optimization WILL NOT help you. We would have to cancel your order. Invest in a good CPU and GPU first!
I have a problem with my system. What do i do?
NOTHING.

Will this service cause harm to my components?
NO.
The BIOS will be set to the manufacturer’s best and safest values, and our Windows adjustments CAN NOT and WILL NOT cause hardware or software problems. The only time you might have a system crash or unexpected will be when:
- Stresstesting compontents, possible faulty RAM or PSU.
- Windows 10/11 update. Some microsoft updates are able to cause damage to your windows install. This is really rare but happens.
- Faulty power input. Bad power wall socket, bad power distribution.
- Bad / wrong cable connectivity inside the PC.
If you face ANY issues after your appointment, please message us and DO NOT act on your own.
We will not be able to support you without seeing crash logs or further evidence of errors.

Should i make an account on the website?
It isn’t necessary, but it will be useful for you as we will continue release new updates, free programs, and additional features to maintain the quality our clients come to expect.
What will I receive with the package i selected?

How many FPS will i get?
It’s different for every customer, but it will depend on your PC and the package selected. You can be assured that every customer gets our best effort, and maximum care to guarantee benefits from our service.
I am worried about my privacy.How will you operate on my Machine?
We will create a folder on your C drive with all of our work that you can remove at any time. No browsers will be run during the process, and you can remove the remote help software immediately following our session.
We don’t store any excess data, nor do we look at any information on your PC outside of what is required for our optimization process.
Your PC is only accessable during your order session.
We do not have any authority or access to your PC after the session.
Rest assured we take the utmost care to prioritize your safety and privacy.
How many times do i have to get my PC optimized?
Just once. As long you follow our guidelines, results will maintain forever.
I messed up and accidentally changed something or need help.What do i do?
Your package has available tickets to contact support. Tell us your concern and we will take care of it as soon as possible. If you start troubleshooting on your own or there is evidence of further work done on this PC to “impove” its performance that caused issues, FPSHEAVEN will deem your tickets unusable and you would have to pay for support.DO NOT act on your own. A new NVIDIA/AMD driver comes out.What do i do?
You will receive a message or email with a notification when the driver is tested and cleared for use. We operate by the moto of “if it works, don’t fix it,” so don’t be too concerned, as we will manually test the effectiveness of each update and inform you when is best to install.
My PC specs are kinda old.Is it worth getting the service?
A PC optimization can only improve your performance so much. If you want the best performance, it’s likely a better idea to upgrade your hardware. We recommend a 5000 series or i5 9xxx / i7 8xxxx and above cpu for better results.
I want to cancel my order.What do i do?
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve changed your mind. FPSHEAVEN will keep the refund/banking fees while the rest of the amount will be given back to the client within 3-5 days. We can not speed up the refund process, please be patient.
After some time, it does not feel smooth anymore. What do i do?
The work stays there as long as you don’t update windows, drivers, or do any unnecessary changes on your own. Our work does not fade with time. It is quite possible to have a bad game update, or feel as though the improvements are “gone.” If this is the case, feel free to open a ticket and we will take a look.
Is it possible to get a refund?
Unfortunately after we’ve completed our services, we can’t get back the hours spent on this endeavor. For this reason, we typically can’t offer full refunds. If you’re at all unsatisfied with the services provided, you can contact us and we can discuss improvements, a free re-optimization, or a partial refund.
I ordered the same product twice.How can i get a refund?
We see the orders on the dashboard and if one duplicate order is detected, we sent an email or a twitter message to the buyer Refunds may take up to 5 or more days to be finalised. Bitcoin does not 😉
People peek me in CS and i barely see them
Can be cause by bad internet quality or Hey, sometimes your opponent is just having a really good day
Will the optimization wear off overtime?
No, never.
Windows and BIOS settings will not dissapear or change by themselves, UNLESS the user changed something by himself.
