FPSHEAVEN does not provide any refunds after or during the consultations.

You can cancel your consultation at any time PRIOR to your scheduled call.

No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after the consultation starts.

However, we are committed to resolving your issue and will gladly offer additional time as needed to troubleshoot and fix the problem to the best of our ability.

We had cases where we had to diagnose degredated hardware like 13-14900ks that caused the client to corrupt his disk and losing our work.

FPSHEAVEN will be here for you and offer you a consulation again with no extra charge when your hardware replacements arrive.

As long as it takes, no extra charges or fees.

The BIOS will be set to the manufacturer’s best and safest values, and the Windows adjustments CAN NOT and WILL NOT cause hardware or software problems. The only time you might have a system crash or unexpected will be when:

  1. Stresstesting compontents, possible faulty RAM or PSU.
  2. Windows 10/11 update. Some microsoft updates are able to cause damage to your windows install. This is really rare but happens.
  3. Faulty power input. Bad power wall socket, bad power distribution. 
  4. Bad / wrong cable connectivity inside the PC.

If you face ANY issues after your consultation, please message us and DO NOT act on your own.

We encourage you to ask as many questions as you want during our consulation about what is happening during the process.

Orders that FPSHEAVEN receives that do not match our criteria will be rejected and refunded.

Our goal is to provide a consultation that will make a difference to your machine.

Since day 1, we refuse to work with old hardware because it is not going to yield the performance uplift we expect.

Save up, get proper hardware and then feel free to reach out to us again.

Windows settings are binary switches: either Value 1 or Value 2.

They do not revert or change automatically over time.

They only change if a user installs new applications or alters the work we’ve done.

Software and BIOS configurations do not and will not change on their own.

Configurations are applied after a single restart, with results displayed immediately.

During our consult, we will place a windows update blocker as a toggle.

You can find it at C:\fpsheaven with the name WUB.exe

Click on enable updates and apply.

You will be able to update normally again.

FPSHEAVEN has never, and will never, install third-party custom operating systems from unofficial sources.

We strongly recommend that you always install a fresh ISO directly from Microsoft’s official website to ensure system integrity and reliability.

Tickets are valid for 45Days AFTER the completion of the service.

Your package has available tickets to contact support. Tell us your concern and we will consult together to take care of it soon as possible during business hours.

If change your configuration, BIOS or Windows, you will pay a fee to get them re-done. 

The Windows configuration we provide causes no damage.

Occasionally, some clients may want to use additional devices, such as a printer.

We disable unnecessary devices that are not in use.

The only time a problem might appear is when a Windows KB update, driver version, or BIOS version is not functioning as intended by the manufacturer.

For example, if a Windows update causes a problem, a driver update leads to BSODs, or a BIOS version is unstable, we were and will cover the workaround as we always have, even before the formation of the company.

A prime example was when the 13-14900K CPUs were crashing with specific BIOS versions when they exceeded 5.5 GHz or generally became unstable under certain workloads.

These issues are only addressed via BIOS patches and further tuning and cannot be caused by us.

We cover BSODs, crashes, and any software issues that may arise after the session.

We will be with you from start to finish to complete the task, no matter the circumstances—as we always have.

Not necessarily, but it’s better to work on a fresh copy of Windows. A fresh Windows install will deliver better results and improved performance.

If you need help with installing the OS, we charge a €15 fee and will guide you through the installation process. An 8GB or larger USB stick would be helpful but is not required.

Well, you can do nothing about that.

When a game receives an update and it’s performance is worse there is nothing you can do about it.

Your system’s configuration and performance is independent of the game’s performance.

They are 2 different things and they work on their own.

If you act on your own and change the configuration in any way, you will have to pay for a ticket – consultation.

Do not change anything on your own.

We will create a folder on your C drive with all of our work that you can remove at any time. No browsers will be run during the process, and you can remove the remote help software immediately following our session.

We don’t store any excess data, nor do we look at any information on your PC outside of what is required for our optimization process.

Your PC is only accessable during your order session.

We do not have any authority or access to your PC after the session.

A system tune-up is built to last.

We recommend scheduling a brief consultation with us from time to time to instruct you on how to do the latest OS and BIOS updates.

FPSHEAVEN will keep the refund/banking fees while the rest of the amount will be given back to the client within 3-5 days. We can not speed up the refund process, please be patient.
The optimizations we set up will stay as long as you don’t update Windows, drivers, or make any other changes on your own. We’ve shown you how to keep everything running smoothly. If you ever feel like the improvements are gone, maybe after a game update, just open a ticket and we’ll gladly help you out and take a look.

Windows and BIOS settings will not dissapear or change by themselves, UNLESS the user changed something by himself.
