This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, missed appointments, and refunds work for FPSHEAVEN consultations. It applies alongside any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
You may cancel before your scheduled consultation by emailing info@fpsheaven.com. If no work has started and no consultation has taken place, we will refund the amount paid, less any non-recoverable payment processing fees where permitted by law.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.
You may request that FPSHEAVEN begins providing the service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. If you make that request, you expressly request immediate performance of the service.
Once the consultation service has been fully performed with your prior express consent, you acknowledge that your withdrawal right is lost. Completed consultations are non-refundable except where required by law.
If you withdraw after requesting that we begin the service, but before the service has been fully performed, you must pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided up to the time you inform us of your decision to withdraw. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Once work has started, refunds are not available for the portion of the service already performed. If the consultation has not yet been fully completed and a refund is required by law, we may charge a proportionate amount for the time, analysis, preparation, troubleshooting, configuration guidance, and support already provided, and refund the remaining balance.
Completed consultations are non-refundable except where required by law. This is because FPSHEAVEN provides a scheduled consulting and education service, and the service is consumed as it is performed.
We stand behind our work within the support period included with your package. If an issue covered by your package is not resolved during the session, we will continue working with you at no additional cost during the applicable support period to help resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
In some cases, an issue may be caused by failing or degraded hardware, third-party software, Windows updates, driver updates, BIOS updates, power delivery, cooling, peripherals, or changes made after the consultation. We will help troubleshoot covered issues during your support period, but we cannot guarantee a specific result or be responsible for factors outside our control.
Need to reschedule? Email us at info@fpsheaven.com before your scheduled time and we will move your appointment where availability allows.
Each client receives one reschedule free of charge. If you miss a second scheduled call, a €30 rebooking fee applies. Missed 15-Minute Evaluation appointments are non-refundable except where required by law.
If we decline or cancel your order before the consultation begins because your request is unsuitable, unsafe, outside our service scope, or not achievable on the described hardware, we will refund the full amount you paid.
If we stop a session after work has begun because of abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or materially misleading customer conduct, refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the proportionate-payment rules in this policy.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 3 to 5 business days, but your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
