FPSHEAVEN’s Windows Performance Power Plan.

After five revisions and extensive testing, we stabilized the power plan and corrected issues found in previous versions.

When running applications such as Cinebench R23, the scheduler may assign the heavy workload to the CPU's P-cores. Microsoft documents this hybrid-core scheduling behavior in Quality of Service (Win32 apps). This may result in a lower score. The behavior is intentional and aligns with the plan's focus on gaming workloads.

You can download the power plans here, import the plan that matches your CPU, and give it a try.

The ZIP contains separate Intel and AMD power plans. Microsoft documents importing power plans, also called power schemes, with powercfg /import.

Which FPSHEAVEN power plan should I use?

The download ZIP contains two plans: one for Intel CPUs and one for AMD CPUs. Import the one matching your processor. The easiest way to import and switch .pow files is our Simple Power Plan Manager.

Why is my Cinebench score lower on this power plan?

That is intentional. In heavy all-core apps like Cinebench R23, the scheduler may assign the workload to the CPU's P-cores, which can lower the score. The plan is optimized for gaming workloads, not synthetic all-core benchmarks.
