Testing depth and possible outcomes vary with the package, hardware, cooling, BIOS, software configuration and games being tested.
How it works
A measured optimization process
Each session follows the same stability-first logic. The depth of each step depends on the package and the system.
Baseline testing
Current behaviour is checked and relevant games, workloads or benchmarks are used when they help establish a useful baseline.
Optimization
The Windows, BIOS or hardware settings included in the selected package are adjusted for that specific PC.
Stability testing
Relevant components and workloads are tested. Settings are revised if testing exposes instability or unsuitable temperatures.
Final validation
The tuned configuration is checked again against the relevant games or workloads before the session is considered complete.
Post-service support
The included support window remains available for questions or covered issues after the service.
No process can promise the same FPS, latency or temperature result on every PC. Hardware quality, cooling, firmware, software and the game itself all affect the outcome.

Will my personal files be affected?
Your personal files will be affected only if you choose to reinstall Windows.
Is a Windows reinstall required?
Not always. The current FAQ says a fresh copy of Windows is preferable, and help with installation is available for a separate fee. An 8GB or larger USB stick can be helpful but is not required. Confirm the plan before your appointment.
What if my system is already well optimized?
Start with the 15-minute evaluation if you are unsure. FPSHeaven states that it may decline work when the hardware is unlikely to receive a meaningful improvement rather than recommend unnecessary tuning.
Are results guaranteed?
Yes. A performance improvement is guaranteed with BIOS Tuning, TinyBoost and Full PC Tune. Basic focuses on diagnosis and stability rather than performance optimization.
Is post-service support included?
Yes. The listed support window is 7 days for Basic and BIOS Tuning, 14 days for TinyBoost, and 45 days for Full PC Tune. Coverage still depends on the selected package and the site's support terms.
What should I prepare before the session?
Have the PC available for the scheduled video call and be ready to explain the symptoms, goals and games that matter to you. If a Windows reinstall may be involved, back up important files first; an 8GB or larger USB stick can be helpful. Contact us before the appointment if you need an exact preparation list.
