Here is exactly how we managed to fix this issue on our ASUS board (AMD)
- Download every Windows update that is available for your system. As soon as the updates are fully installed, follow along.
- Uninstall FACEIT AC and reboot your PC.
- Open CMD as ADMINISTRATOR and then paste the following commands.
reg add “HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\DeviceHealthAttestationService” /v EnableDeviceHealthAttestationService /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
and then paste:
gpupdate /target:computer /force
Then reboot your PC.
1. Download the latest BIOS version for your motherboard and place the file on a USB stick you’ll need it later.
- Open Windows Search and type tpm.msc.
- In the top-right corner, you’ll see a button that says “Clear TPM”. Click it and then press Restart.
Now for the BIOS.
- Enter the BIOS and go to the Advanced section. Disable fTPM.
As soon as you disable fTPM, press F10, select OK, and go back into the BIOS. - Go to the ASUS EZ Flash Utility and flash your BIOS to the latest version (the one you saved to your USB stick).
Once the BIOS update is complete, let the PC boot normally into Windows. - Open Windows Search and type tpm.msc again.
In the top-right corner, click “Clear TPM” and then press Restart. - Once your PC is back in Windows, shut it down completely.
- On the back of the computer, flip the power switch off and remove the power cord.
- Hold the front power button for 15 seconds. That is a power cycle.
- Plug the power cord back in, flip the power switch on, and then power on your PC.
- Download the latest version of FACEIT AC and install it.
FACEIT AC will now stop complaining.
